Training To encourage members to contribute to Quality Judging, Imbibe Analytical Skills, and create a more comprehensive and diverse pool of Qualified and Committed Judges 3 members to attend a District sponsored Judges Training Program and contest management program. As per events scheduled by District Team The list will be verified by the PQD team against JTP Participants' confirmation from the District Team / JTP Organizers, along with the Names of Judges and their Clubs. In the case of Multiple Memberships, all clubs get a credit.

Mentoring To encourage and establish an effective Mentoring Program in Clubs A formal consolidated Mentoring program is rolled out for all members by the club, and a report must be uploaded on the District Website. January 31,2026 The report must be uploaded with the names of all the club members and their mentors and a progress report before the 31st of January 2026.
Membership building To reach out to prospective members and expand the base of the club through activities outside the club that will attract more members to the fraternity  To conduct an open house and the session must be well publicized and attended by people outside the club. A Guest register must be maintained to capture their details. A photo of which shall be uploaded with other proof. Membership building To encourage Clubs to renew or add new members well in advance to Enhance the quality and create a positive learning environment. If the club membership base is 12 or more, 12 members are to be renewed. If the base is fewer than 12, the entire membership is to be renewed for the period of October to Marrch. New members can be added and renewed until March 2026 to replace those who do not renew September 30,2025 No submission required

Public Relations To ensure that the club's publicity is one of the priorities to attract new members and grow. The club should maintain a social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Website, TikTok, Twitter) with regular posts about meetings, member achievements, and recognitions. March 31,2026 The club must provide the URLs of their social media channels, and the PR team will verify that posts are updated regularly.
Training To encourage the involvement of leaders in District Affairs The President & Vice President of Education of the Club should attend the First District Council meeting that will be conducted online.
