6. Joint club meeting

description

The first meeting should be conducted between July 1st and November 30th 2021; Second meeting should be conducted between 1st January 2022 and April 30th 2022.

7. Executive committee meeting

description

  • Conduct  ExCom meeting and submit minutes at least once in every quarter. 1 point will be awarded for each meeting
  • Three bonus points will be awarded if the executive committee has conducted 3 quarterly meetings during the toastmaster year 2021-22

9. Mentoring

description

  • 1 point will be awarded per member who completes the Pathways mentoring program. Bonus of 2 will be given if 3 members complete the pathways mentor program
  • A formal mentoring program at the club to be submitted –10 points
  • A formal track record of speech slots and roles by members be maintained – 5 points

Upload a proof of a mentor program in your club in any format you prefer.

The club can create any mechanism to track their mentoring progress of their members, we can also upload the different resources from TMI like the Mentor and Mentee assignment notice forms.

10. Moments of truth

description

  • Criteria includes conducting MOT as well as implementation of at least 3 of the 6 recommendations.
  • MOT can be conducted by a senior club member or Club mentor/coach or Area Director.

Scoring Criteria

Maximum of 10 points; 5 points for MOT & 5 points for implementation of recommendations from the MOT

11. Membership renewals

description

The club will be awarded 5 points per renewal cycle. 

If a club with a membership base of less than 20 members – renews its base membership *

If a club with a membership base of more than 20 members – renews a minimum of 20 members*

  1. All renewals need to be completed for the two renewal cycles on or before 30thSeptember 2021 and on or before 31st March 2022, respectively.
  2. Club will be awarded 5 additional points per renewal cycle if the club renews for base membership count + 5 members.

17. Attending Judges Training Program
