Hall of Fame

• 1 point for official Distinguished status (5 DCP goals).
• 2 points for official Select Distinguished status (7 DCP goals).
• 3 points for official President’s Distinguished status (9 DCP goals).
• 4 points for official Smedley Distinguished status (10 DCP goals).
• The club’s official recognition status, including the applicable membership requirement, must appear on the Toastmasters International Dashboard.

• The club must complete the interactive Club Success Plan or upload the completed offline form to Club Central.

• Term 1: 1 point for 100% Pathways adoption among eligible paid club members as of 31 December 2026.
• Term 2: 1 point for 100% Pathways adoption among eligible paid club members as of 30 April 2027.

• Round 1: 1 point when at least four club officers are trained between 1 June and 31 August 2026.
• Round 2: 1 point when at least four club officers are trained between 1 November 2026 and 28 February 2027.
• Bonus: 1 additional point when all seven club officers are trained in both rounds.
• Officers may attend an authorized training conducted by another Division when they cannot attend their home Division programme.

• Any Pathways level: 0.5 point per member, up to five members (2.5 points), plus a 0.5-point bonus when five members complete at least one level; maximum 3 points.
• Path completion: 1 point per member, up to two members; maximum 2 points.
• Pathways Mentor Program completion: 1 point for one member; maximum 1 point.
• A member may contribute to more than one sub-category when the achievements are separately recorded. Each individual achievement is counted only once.
• For members holding dual or multiple club memberships, the educational achievement will be counted for the club to which the award is officially credited in Club Central and reflected in the Toastmasters International records. The same achievement cannot be claimed by more than one club.

• Conduct three presentations at regular club meetings: one from each of the Successful Club, Better Speaker and Leadership Excellence series.
• Each qualifying presentation earns 2 points.
• Presentation 1 by 31 October 2026; Presentation 2 by 31 January 2027; Presentation 3 by 30 April 2027.
• The Moments of Truth module cannot be claimed under this criterion.
• These presentations must not be combined with meetings claimed under the Joint Meeting or Themed Meeting criteria. A visiting Toastmaster may deliver one of these educational presentations; however, the same meeting may be claimed under either this criterion or the Visiting Toastmaster criterion, not both.

• Judges Training: 1 point per eligible member attending, up to three members; maximum 3 points.
• Contest Management Training: 1 point per member attending, up to three members; maximum 3 points.
• To earn credit, the member must attend the complete Judges Training programme and meet the eligibility requirements for serving as a judge at an Area, Division, or District speech contest. The member must be a paid Toastmasters member for at least six months and must have completed Levels 1 and 2 of any Pathways paths. Attendance evidence and proof of educational eligibility must be submitted.
• The Club Contest Chair and Contest Master are strongly encouraged to attend Contest Management Training.

• 1 point for each qualifying joint meeting; maximum two meetings.
• The meeting must have balanced representation of role players and speakers from both clubs.
• First meeting: 1 July–30 November 2026. Second meeting: 1 December 2026–31 March 2027.
• The host club submits the evidence. Once verified, the point will be credited to both participating clubs.
• Each meeting may be claimed under only one meeting-based criterion.

• 1 point for each qualifying themed or outdoor meeting; maximum two meetings.
• First meeting: 1 September–30 November 2026. Second meeting: 1 January 2027–31 March 2027.
• Evidence must clearly demonstrate the announced theme.
• Each meeting may be claimed under only one meeting-based criterion.

The example themes above are for guidance only. Using one of these themes does not automatically qualify the meeting. Qualification will depend on how meaningfully the concept is integrated into the meeting and demonstrated through the submitted evidence.

• 1 point per qualifying visit; maximum two visits.
• The visiting Toastmaster must be from another club and perform one of these substantive roles: prepared-speech evaluator, Grammarian, General Evaluator or educational presenter.
• The two visits must involve two different visiting members.
• Routine timing, counting, Topics and meeting-chair roles are excluded because this criterion is intended to recognize external educational and evaluation support.
• The District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, the club’s Area Director and its Division Director are excluded from this criterion.
• Each meeting may be claimed under only one meeting-based criterion.

• 1 point for conducting Moments of Truth by 31 October 2026.
• 1 point for implementing and reporting agreed recommendations by 31 December 2026.
• The session may be facilitated by an experienced club member, visiting Toastmaster or Area Director.

• 1 point for submitting a club mentoring plan listing members and assigned mentors.
• 1 point for submitting a Mentor–Mentee progress report listing the mentee’s roles and progress together with the mentor’s name.
• The District template may be used to ensure consistent reporting.

• Conduct one physical or virtual corporate/community open house by 31 March 2027.
• At least five non-Toastmaster guests must attend.

• 1 point is available in each renewal cycle.
• For clubs with a membership base of 12 or fewer: first cycle, at least eight renewals; second cycle, return to the original base or reach base plus three.
• For clubs with a membership base above 12: first cycle, renew the full base or at least 12 members; second cycle, return to the original base or reach base plus three.
• The renewed roster need not contain the same members, but the club must meet all Toastmasters International minimum-renewal requirements.

• 1 point for achieving the Smedley Award campaign target: adding five new, dual or reinstated members from 1 August to 30 September 2026.
• 1 point for achieving the District Maximum Membership campaign target: add five new, dual or reinstated members from 1 November 2026 to 31 January 2027.
• 1 point for achieving the Talk Up Toastmasters campaign target: add five new, dual or reinstated members from 1 February to 31 March 2027.
• 1 point for adding at least five new, dual or reinstated members cumulatively from 1 July 2026 to 31 March 2027.
• Each sub-category is independently scored; a member may contribute to the relevant campaign-period point and the cumulative-year point.

• Clubs beginning the year with 20 members or fewer must reach at least 20 members or base plus three, whichever is lower, by 30 April 2027.
• Clubs beginning the year with more than 20 members must have at least 20 members by 30 April 2027.
• Membership base means the official base shown on the Toastmasters International Dashboard.

• The club must operate a structured recognition programme with clear categories, frequency and selection basis.
• Recognition may include monthly, quarterly and annual awards such as Toastmaster of the Month, Best Mentor, Best Mentor–Mentee Pair, Most Improved Toastmaster or Club Ambassador.
• Formal certificates or awards are encouraged, but evidence of a consistently implemented programme is required.

• Maintain at least one active club platform, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or a club website.
• Publish regular updates on meetings, events, achievements and opportunities for prospective members.
• Demonstrate basic community engagement through timely responses and member interaction.
• District 105 Public Relations Team will validate activity after 31 March 2027.

• 1 point for the Club President’s qualifying attendance.
• 1 point for the Vice President Education’s qualifying attendance.
• The meeting is online on 23 September 2026; proxy attendance is not permitted.
• A minimum of 60 minutes’ recorded attendance is required for each officer.
