Dear Toastmasters of District 105,

As we stand on the threshold of an exciting new chapter, effective July 1, 2026, our District is evolving. With Oman’s strong foundation intact and fresh energy flowing in from Lebanon and Iraq joining our family alongside Jordan and Palestine, we are no longer just a District… we are a bridge connec9ng diverse voices, cultures, and dreams across borders.

This realignment isn’t a boundary change; it’s an invita9on to grow bigger, bolder, and more inclusive. We have the opportunity to inspire thousands more to find their voice, lead with confidence, and transform lives, one speech, one meeting, one breakthrough at a time.

Every club in Oman that continues to shine, every new gathering in Beirut or Baghdad, every rejuvenated school club in Ramallah or Amman, every corporate team sharpening skills in Muscat… each one adds to a powerful legacy. We are the place where leaders are made, and now, with expanded reach, we can make even more leaders who will change their communities, workplaces, and the world.

But growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when every member decides:

• To invite one more colleague, student, or friend
• To mentor someone new with kindness and pa9ence
• To show up, speak up, and liX others up

Imagine the ripple: one inspired member becomes a confident speaker… who becomes a mentor… who charters a new club… which empowers an en9re genera9on. That’s the power we hold in our hands today.

So let’s embrace this moment. Let’s charter new clubs with purpose, retain members with care, celebrate every milestone, and support one another across Divisions and countries. Together, we can turn this realignment into the greatest growth story District 105 has ever told.
