Awarded to Area Director who make their area achieve distinguished status or higher . (a) Area must have no net club loss
(b) Area Director must visit reports for 75% of their club base in first round and second round
(c) Achieve any of the recognition – Distinguished/Select Distinguished/President Disitnguished
