The yearbook must be a division-level project involving active participation from every club in the division, with at least one member per club contributing as a writer, editor, photographer, or designer. The yearbook should authentically showcase each club’s journey, highlight key moments, and demonstrate strong teamwork, originality, and storytelling flair. All content must be original, and the publication must represent the current Toastmasters Program Year.
3 Divisions will be shortlisted, and 1 winners will be chosen.

Any Club in good standing who has applied on or before the deadline is eligible to compete for the award
