Criteria

Clubs that conduct an Open House / membership drive and have 5 guests from the Open House converted to members within 60 days of conducting the Open House. The Open House can be conducted any time during the year.

Submission details: Proof of Open House by providing event’s poster / agenda.
Number of non-Toastmasters who have attended the Open House.
Number of members who have converted from guests to members. At least 5 guests must have converted to members to be eligible for the award.
